  • Building industrialization and optimization of construction industry in Iran

    The industrialization of the building has received much attention in recent years due to its many benefits such as quality improvement, mass production, etc., and its application has become necessary due to the construction problems in the country and the need to increase the quality of the building. The issue of industrialization has been discussed in different periods of time with different views, and in the contemporary period, with the change of attitude towards industrialization, its necessity is raised in order to improve quality along with economic efficiency. The purpose of this article is to investigate the issue of industrialization in Iran and analyze the challenges and provide solutions to realize it. In this regard, the definitions and theoretical foundations of building industrialization in the world, the needs and background of industrialization in Iran, and then its challenges and solutions are presented by reviewing the sources and in a descriptive and analytical way. Based on this, the suitable industrial construction methods in the contemporary period in Iran should be open, light construction systems with small parts, which are used with the aim of improving quality along with economic efficiency. Also, the approach to concepts such as personalization of building and mass custom production in Iran's construction industry is very necessary in line with industrialization.

Today, when the crisis of running out of energy resources and the concern of preserving and maintaining the environment and life has developed, it is necessary to look for solutions that use renewable energies (water, wind, sun, etc.) They are a suitable replacement in many areas of life. The purpose of this article is to investigate the new methods of using renewable energy, sustainable methods and the use of minimal non-renewable energy, the quality of which is doubled with the proper design of residential, commercial, educational, etc. environments. become The research method of the article is based on library studies, articles and websites related to the subject.

  • Knowing and analyzing the impact of climate on housing with the priority of optimizing energy consumption

    Climatic conditions are one of the important and effective factors in biological comfort in human environments, it is necessary to pay attention to climate in different stages of building design, especially buildings that are directly used by humans. In this research, which is of a developmental and practical type, the effects of climate on urban housing have been investigated and analyzed using quantitative and qualitative methods. Moving towards daily innovations and using native materials in order to help the optimal and balanced consumption of resources, and most importantly, considering environmental conditions and paying attention to climatic effects in housing design are important issues that are receiving more attention day by day. - Be The distribution of urban areas in the country is calculated using the nearest neighbor average method and their distribution pattern is in the form of clusters, which shows the influence of the establishment of urban settlements in the climatic conditions of moderate and humid, cold, hot and dry, hot and humid, semi-desert and moderate.     Due to the population growth, increasing urbanization and the increasing level of improvement and lifestyle changes, energy consumption in urban buildings, especially in developing countries, is undergoing a drastic increase. Considering the weather conditions in the building design can be done without reducing the biological quality. It helps a lot to reduce energy consumption and reduce pollution as a result. The purpose of this research is to find the optimal orientation of the building as an effective solution to optimize fuel consumption in Sirjan city. The calculation of the shading device with the assumption of 5 meters of building height shows that the orientation and shading control the excitable or suitable radiation of the sun. Solar cells are widely used all over the world as a clean and renewable energy source. By converting sunlight energy into electricity, these cells are considered as a sustainable solution to reduce energy consumption and preserve the environment. Considering its climatic situation, Iran is in one of the best conditions for using solar energy and benefiting from photovoltaic systems, this has made solar systems in Iran have a high potential for use. The main goal of this research is to investigate solar cells and their effect in reducing energy consumption. The approach of the current article is an explanatory and non-exploratory approach and the current research is theoretical in nature; Therefore, the research method of this article is documentary and descriptive method. The research results show that solar cells, as a clean and renewable energy source, play an important role in reducing the energy consumption of buildings. The use of solar cells in buildings reduces energy consumption in buildings and reduces energy costs. Also, the use of these clean energy sources preserves the environment and reduces air pollution. Therefore, the role of solar cells in reducing building energy consumption is very important and should be considered in larger and smaller building plans.

In today's architecture, due to the lack of open spaces in buildings that are exposed to direct sunlight, we face a lack of sufficient light in buildings, which leads to the lack of some vitamins for humans and causes physical, mental and psychological complications. It has become for mankind. The purpose of this article is to provide a suitable model to increase the efficiency of natural sunlight and reduce the energy curve in the building and to determine the appropriate building form and geometry of skylights to increase the efficiency of sunlight. In this research, the laboratory method has been used, during the research stages, it has been carried out on several selected building samples by a light measuring tool (Lux meter), and after the checks and adjustments made on the amount of light in each sample, the results of the studies are presented. has been In this study, the amount of point-to-point light and other different parameters in the amount of light reaching the floors through a common light detector in buildings were investigated. Among these parameters, we can refer to: the dimensions of the light absorber, the dimensions of the light well, the reflective properties of the surfaces of the walls and the windows of the floors, the dimensions of the windows, the position of the light absorber hood. We have presented curves and tables by using light meters, according to the investigations and the resulting curves, it is recommended to use horizontal and vertical light traps in order to enter the maximum amount of light into the building.

    Conclusion

    Based on the investigations, in order to obtain the highest level of contact with direct sunlight and obtain the highest amount of energy and light in the design of buildings, the combination and integration of several cubic volumes with the highest level of contact with light and the design of windows with a wide surface and the least amount of glass in the upper part. It is the most suitable model. Among the studied volumes, the volume of the cube has these characteristics. The results obtained in this regard prove the hypothesis of increasing the light in the building by changing the geometry of the skylights.

According to the statistics of the Fuel Consumption Optimization Organization, the share of energy consumption in the building sector in Iran was 40%. Therefore, going towards the use of renewable energy in the building is inevitable. According to the climatic and geographical characteristics, each region has a certain potential for the exploitation of renewable energy. Before choosing the type of renewable energy to be used in the building, it is necessary to know which one the capacity of the plan suggests. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to measure the potential of using these energies, and Chalus city has been selected as a case study. Therefore, with the quantitative analysis of statistical data and weather information of 20 years of Chalus, as well as the review of related researches in Iran, the potential of using various types of renewable energies in Chalus in three categories of high (A), medium (B) and low (C) degrees.
